SEMARANG

I have been living in Java islands for many years, but never had a chance to visit one of this capital city of this middle java province. At one moment, I had a chance to visit Semarang (duty from office from Monday-Friday), then I had a nice little trip after my duty.

First visit was going to Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. It was like a duplication of Masjidil Haram in Mecca. It had huge umbrella that could be set open or close. Generally, it was a nice masjid to visit, and the interior was looking good.

The second place I've visited is the museum of old train station, it was known as Ambarawa Train Station. You can see many old locos during the Dutch colonialism.

Well, it was quite fun playing around here in Semarang, for a short trip only.
Cheers... ^^
